How are you tracking with your CPD? (TNF2015/007)

As you would be aware, the current CPD year finishes on 31 March 2015 which is less than 7 weeks from now. However, there is no need to panic as the CBFCA has you well and truly covered for this CPD year via our Accredited CPD Program. The Program, which is a value-add for CBFCA members, currently provides access to over 20  points in Stream 1 and an incredible 60 CPD points in Stream 2. So even though you only need 30 CPD points in total to meet the requirements of the CPD Scheme mandated by the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service, we have at least 80 CPD points on offer right now and ready to go.

Just a reminder that you need to attain a minimum of 10 CPD points in Stream 1 and a minimum of 10 CPD points in Stream 2. Stream 3 is optional.

To access these CPD points, you need to go to the CBFCA's International Trade and Logistics College website  and login using your CPD login details (different from your CBFCA membership login). Once inside you will be able to choose from Streams 1, 2 and 3 to complete your points by simply watching a recording of a webinar and answering a few small questions at the end. If you score 4 or more questions right out of five questions, you will instantly be awarded your CPD points for that particular CPD topic - it's that easy.  Need help? Email us with your questions.

Already have attained CPD points and like to know how to check your current status?

We have provided a facility on our new CBFCA website for you to review and report on the CPD points you have attained through attendance at CBFCA events such as conventions, conferences and member forums etc. To view your CPD points online simply login to the CBFCA website (www.cbfca.com.au) with your CBFCA member login and look for the "My CBFCA" link on the main menu. Click to select "My Account" and then choose "My CPD".

We have created a short video that shows you how the CPD look-up works. Click on the video to view.

Note that the CBFCA website only shows you offline at this stage. If you need to see your online points achieved through attending webinars, then you will need to go to the College website as above.
