ChAFTA - Authorised bodies in China (NNF 2015/155)

Some of the earlier presentations on ChAFTA delivered by DIBP did not refer to the authorised bodies in China for Certificate of Origin (COO) or Declaration of Origin (DOO). For your information the following is now provided.

The Chinese authorisation bodies are:
1             AQSIQ: General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (国家质量监督检验检疫总局) where the actual certificates will be issued by provincial Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureaus, which are administered by AQSIQ; and 
2             The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
