The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) has informed CBFCA that the following has been posted on the Integrated Cargo System.

DEPOT & WAREHOUSE LICENCE RENEWALS

Depot & Warehouse licence renewal invoices have been sent to the respective licensed establishments for payment. If you haven’t received your licence renewal invoice please contact National Depot & Warehouse Licensing, at [email protected]

Please note:

  • All warehouse licence fees must be paid within twenty-eight days of the date on which they become payable. If payment has not been received by that time, the Comptroller-General of Customs may suspend and subsequently cancel the licence.
  • All depot licence fees must be paid before the end of the financial year, a Collector may, until the charge is paid or at the end of 90 days immediately following the end of the financial year (whichever occurs first), refuse to permit goods that are the subject to customs control to be received into the depot. If the holder fails to pay the charge within 90 days immediately following the end of the financial year, the licence expires at the end of that period of 90 days.
