4 days to go - CBFCA Executive Level Cor Forum (NNF 2019/015)

Dear Members,

The Customs Brokers & Forwarders Council Inc of Australia (CBFCA) is pleased to announce the launch of its Chain of Responsibility (CoR) initiatives.
After the CBFCA National Conference session on CoR, the CBFCA has been inundated with members communicating their concerns with what the CoR means for their organisation.
Chain of Responsibility has became live and enforceable from the 1st October 2018. CoR recognises that multiple parties may be responsible for offences committed within the supply chain.
Legal liability applies to all parties for their actions or inactions.

Executive Level CoR Forum
To address the concerns of our members, the CBFCA is proud to advise of the Executive Level CoR Forum.
