NCBC REFUND POLICY
- If written advice of withdrawal is received before 9.00am AEST on the first day of the semester, ITALC will refund 90% of the paid tuition fees.
- If written advice of withdrawal is received on or after the first day of semester and before 5.00 pm AEST on Friday of week 4 of the semester, ITALC will refund 50% of the paid tuition fees.
- If written advice is received after 5.00 pm AEST on Friday of week 4 of the semester you will not be eligible for any refund.
- The refund amount will be returned to the payee within 30 days of written advice of withdrawal being received.
