Please find below commentary on the recent approval of the INTERIM authorisation to DPW and Patrick to develop a system to provide dual running access to transport operators at the Port of Fremantle. The CBFCA provided a submission to the ACCC and whilst seeing merit in this interim authorisation urged caution in moving forward after the interim period without exhaustive review of the outcomes.
