CoR Presentation (WANF 2015/003)

Over the last few years the CBFCA as part of the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) working group of the West Australian Port Operations Task Force (WAPOTF) has worked to establish some guidelines and procedures to assist you with complying with CoR legislation.

Legislation for CoR in WA has now passed the Parliament and will be implemented on April 27, 2015.

To further assist your preparation we have been asked to advise you of an upcoming forum to be run by Fremantle Ports and the West Australian Road Transport Association (WARTA).

The event to be held on March 12 at Royal Fremantle Golf Club will cover CoR, Road Safety Issues, Fremantle Port landside update on developments and release of an “APP” for industry to use when confronted with a potential breach of legislation.
