Trusted Trader Workshop (WANF 2017/030)

We have been advised by the Australian Trusted Trader Team from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) that they will be in Perth on August 1st to make a presentation to those businesses that have already lodged their Expression of Interest (EOI) to become a Trusted Trader.

If you have already registered your interest please see the view more link for details.

The DIBP officers have also agreed to meet with businesses that may still be considering registering and are happy to do this after the abovementioned presentation. This would be from approx. 1300 hrs.

If you wish to be part of this 2nd session please advise me by close of business Friday 21st July so they can make appropriate arrangements to hold the function area.

Please note this 2nd session will depend on the level of support.

Please advise me ASAP

In regard to information on the Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) program for your Perth members, we have scheduled a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) Workshop in Perth on the 1 August 2017 – see below.

City                  Date                         Time
Perth    Tuesday 1st August    10am – 12pm

                             Address
Department of Immigration & Border Protection
836 Wellington Street, West Perth WA 6005

The workshop is structured for those businesses that have already lodged their Expression of Interest (EOI) to become Australian Trusted Traders and are working on their SAQ.  However, as we have the venue booked all day it would be our preference to organise an information session for your WA businesses in the afternoon on the 1st August, 2017 at the same venue which would fit with our visit program.

In the meantime, the details of the Australian Trusted Trader program can be found on our website.

We encourage business to familiarise themselves with the eligibility requirements, the short animated video which explains how the program works, and also read through the ATT Rule and explanatory notes.

Kind regards,
Australian Trusted Trader Team
