77G Depot Compliance - Interactive Webinar Workshop (TNF 2016/023)

As an operator of a licensed section 77G depot you would be well aware of the heightened compliance issues surrounding depots and the increasing penalties that have been issued by the Australian Border Force (ABF) for non-compliance by depot operators. Knowing your rights and obligations as a 77G Depot has never been more critical which has led the Customs Brokers and Forwarders Council of Australia (CBFCA) to develop a highly targeted, interactive  workshop for 77G operators and their staff, designed specifically to address the issues referenced by the ABF.

These workshops will be delivered via two-hour webinar sessions where the emphasis will be on making sure 77G operators and their staff  know what to do and how to do it to avoid  falling foul of regulatory penalties.  There will be a series of case studies that will relate directly back to the daily operations in your workplace and will provide in-depth coverage of all 77G depot concerns including:

  • Obligations
  • Reporting
  • Security
  • Compliance
  • Penalties

The webinar will be commence at  1300 hours and will be a lot more than just a presentation of information. Our webinar software allows for active engagement within the class in terms of asking and answering your questions so this means you can bring your queries and questions along to the workshop and address these as part of the learning process.

Your presenter for these workshops will be Mr David Brush of David Brush and Associates Pty Ltd. David brings a high degree of expertise to these sessions and he will also be only too pleased to answer any of your questions as he works through these compliance scenarios. Session attendees will also be provided with a detailed workbook on the session via download which will prove a valuable resource back in the workplace.
