ICS EFT REPORT - Data Content Issues for 22 August (NNF 2017/179)


The following information has been provided by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) and is forwarded for your information:

Some ICS EFT Payment reports are currently returning incorrect data. The report is on occasion dropping some Consolidations from the daily run. The investigation into these problems is ongoing and clients will be informed of any developments.

As a partial workaround clients can check the total liability by logging into the ICS:

Select Payments & Refunds
Select Financial Transactions Search
Select Document Type = ALL
Populate Consolidation ID field (obtained from your bank statement)
Select Search button.
